Thermoplastic elastomer (TPE)
First, Thermoplastic Elastomer (Thermoplastic Elastomer) is a material that combines the properties of thermoplastics and traditional vulcanizates. It is the so-called third-generation rubber following natural rubber and synthetic rubber, abbreviated as TPE or TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber). Commercial varieties of the TPE family include TPEE, TPAE, TPU, TPR, TPV, POE, and SBC. Features are as follows:
1, no vulcanization
2, easy to mix
3, physical properties between vulcanized rubber and plastic
4, materials can be recycled
The thermoplastic elastomer eliminates the traditional rubber vulcanization process during processing, and can be formed by injection, extrusion, blow molding, molding, etc., in the same way as plastics. The molding rate is faster than that of conventional vulcanized rubber, and the molding material can be reused. .

1. TPV (EPDM/PP type thermoplastic dynamic vulcanizate) uses EPDM as the rubber phase, PP as the continuous phase, and a stable elastomer obtained after dynamic vulcanization.
Dynamic vulcanization means that the rubber is vulcanized during the melt-mixing of the rubber phase and the non-vulcanizable thermoplastic polymer to obtain a granular vulcanized rubber phase, and the morphology of the rubber micro zone is very stable, and no materialization changes occur during processing.
Second, TPV performance characteristics:
TPV successfully combines some properties of vulcanized rubber, such as heat resistance and low compressive deformation with the ease of processing of thermoplastics. Excellent anti-dynamic fatigue resistance, high tear resistance, excellent weatherability, good abrasion resistance, excellent corrosion resistance to water-based acid-base liquids, polar oils, at -40°C It is possible to use in the range of ~ +150°C.
EPDM/PP type thermoplastic dynamic vulcanizates (TPV) have the environmental resistance equivalent to the universal EPDM rubber material, and their oil and solvent resistance are comparable to general-purpose neoprene rubber.

Buildings and structures: glass seals, door seals, arch bases, pipe washers, sanitary fittings, building expansion joints, etc.
Electronic appliances: cable jacket, mobile phone antenna, motor shaft, bearing, splicing tape, button pad diaphragm, transformer shell and so on.
Sports equipment: ball skin, racket handle, rifle butt pad, underwater breathing apparatus, ski pole handle and so on.
1. TPEE (thermoplastic polyester elastomer) is a block copolymer containing a polyester hard segment and a polyether soft segment;
A, rubber elasticity (TPEE has better processing performance and longer service life than rubber);

C. Polyether soft segment and uncrystallized polyester form an amorphous phase, and the hard segment of the polyester crystallizes to form a crystalline micro region, which acts as a physical cross-linking point; D, the soft segment gives it elasticity, making it like rubber;
E. The hard segment gives it processing properties, making it like a plastic (better strength, flexibility, dynamic mechanical properties than engineering plastics).
Second, TPEE performance and characteristics:
1, with high strength, high elasticity, oil resistance, acid and alkali resistant, high temperature, radiation resistance, dynamic mechanical properties and other characteristics;
2, the use of temperature range: -50 °C ~ +180 °C,
3, hardness range of 30-75D, divided into high-performance grade, extrusion grade, blow molding grade, flame retardant grade and modified grade:
High-performance grade: high structural strength, good creep resistance, excellent resilience, impact resistance and bending fatigue, wear resistance, and dimensional stability. Flexibility at low temperatures, good performance at high temperatures, resistance to corrosion from many industrial chemicals, oils, and solvents.
Extrusion grade: In addition to the characteristics of high performance grade, the melt strength is better and it is specially used for extrusion molding.
Blow molding grade: In addition to its high performance grade, it also has good melt strength.
Modified grade: It is a multi-block copolymer and is an excellent plastic modifier for improving the impact resistance of POM and PBT.
Flame-retardant grade: It is a blend of high-performance grade and self-made flame-retardant masterbatch to meet the requirements of material flame retardant:
