PPS (polyphenylene sulfide)

 Polyimide is an aromatic heterocyclic polymer compound whose molecular structure contains an imide group chain. The English name is Polyimide, and is abbreviated as PI. Its density is 1.35, non-toxic, flame-retardant, and can be used for high temperature sterilization. Polyimide (PI) is a super engineering plastic with excellent comprehensive performance (250 degree high temperature can work for a long time), and has excellent mechanical properties, thermal dimensional stability, dielectric properties, wear resistance, weather resistance, Permeability, self-lubrication, and other properties are called "problem solvers."
The main features:
Flame retardancy: PI is a self-flame retardant polymer that does not burn at high temperatures
Good mechanical properties (low sensitivity to temperature): excellent mechanical properties, high creep resistance, low coefficient of thermal expansion, high dimensional stability, abrasion resistance, self-lubrication
Excellent thermal performance: high temperature and low temperature resistance
Very high radiation resistance: The film maintains a 90% intensity retention after 5×109 rad fast electron irradiation
Outstanding electrical properties: low dielectric constant and dielectric loss factor, high electrical insulation and arc resistance
Environmental performance (chemical corrosion resistance): a. Stable (resistant): acid, ester, ketone, aldehyde, phenol, aliphatic hydrocarbon, aromatic hydrocarbon, chlorinated hydrocarbon, etc. b. Unstable: Chlorobiphenyl, oxidizing acid , oxidants, concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated nitric acid, aqua regia, hydrogen peroxide, sodium hypochlorite

High-temperature resistant (over 260°C) structural adhesives (modified epoxy resins, modified phenolic resins, modified silicone adhesives and other applications where the temperature does not exceed 260°C)
