Ethylene tetrafluoroethylene copolymer (Ethylene tetrafluoroethylene) commonly known as: polyvinyl fluoride, F40, is one of the toughest materials, a variety of mechanical properties to achieve a good balance - strong tear resistance, high tensile strength, medium Hardness, excellent impact resistance, long life for telescoping. It maintains the good heat resistance, chemical resistance and electrical insulation properties of PTFE. At the same time, its radiation resistance and mechanical properties are greatly improved. The tensile strength can reach 50MPa, which is close to twice that of PTFE. More importantly, its processing performance can be greatly improved, especially its outstanding adhesion to the metal surface, so that the lining process of fluoroplastics and steel shells can be truly realized, that is, fluorine plastic F40 rotary lining production technology, ETFE rotary processing The product has a good market prospect.
 
The main features:
1, long-term use temperature -80-260 °C, has excellent chemical resistance, corrosion resistance to all chemicals, the lowest coefficient of friction in plastic, there are very good electrical properties, its electrical insulation is not affected by temperature .
2. Its chemical resistance is similar to PTFE and better than vinylidene fluoride.
3, its creep resistance and compressive strength are better than PTFE, high tensile strength, elongation up to 100-300%. Good dielectric properties, excellent radiation resistance.
 
Industrial applications:
1, wire, cable insulation, anti-corrosion equipment, sealing materials, valve bushings, and chemical containers.
2, suitable for the production of corrosion-resistant parts, wear-resistant wear parts, seals, insulation and medical equipment parts.
